Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched.

Before dispatch

Email info@thathasthu.in with your order number and the word CANCEL in the subject line. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and refund any payment in full.

We dispatch within 1–2 working days, so please tell us as soon as you know. Once a parcel is picked up we cannot recall it.

After dispatch

Once the courier has collected your parcel the order cannot be cancelled. You have two options:

Refuse the delivery. The parcel returns to us and we refund the product value once it arrives back, less the outbound shipping cost. For prepaid orders this is the cleanest route.
Accept it and return it unopened within 7 days under our Refund & Return Policy, with return shipping at your cost.

Please do not accept a COD parcel and then refuse to pay — tell the courier you are refusing it at the door instead.

Cancellations by us

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order. This happens when:

the item turns out to be out of stock after you ordered
your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners
the delivery address or phone number is incomplete and we cannot reach you
a pricing or listing error is discovered on our side
an order looks fraudulent, or a COD address has previously refused deliveries

We will always tell you why, and refund any payment in full within 5–7 working days. Where an item is simply out of stock we will offer to hold the order until it is back, if you prefer.

Partial cancellations

If you want to remove one item from a multi-item order before dispatch, email us and we will adjust it and refund the difference. After dispatch the order has to be handled whole.

Refund timelines

Refunds follow the timelines in our Refund & Return Policy — typically 3–5 working days for UPI and 5–7 for cards, netbanking and COD refunds to a bank account.
