Shipping Policy

We ship across India from Ambalavayal, Wayanad, Kerala.

Dispatch and delivery


Dispatch time	1–2 working days from order confirmation
Kerala	2–4 working days after dispatch
South India	3–5 working days after dispatch
Rest of India	5–8 working days after dispatch
Remote and hill areas	Up to 10 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Monsoon weather, festivals and regional strikes can add time, and Wayanad is a hill district where heavy rain occasionally delays pickup. We will tell you if we know of a delay affecting your order.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping charges

Charges are calculated at checkout by weight and destination pincode, and shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after you place the order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

If a COD order is refused at delivery or goes unclaimed, we may ask for prepayment on future orders from the same address.

Serviceable areas

Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm we deliver to you. A small number of pincodes are not serviceable by our courier partners, and a few are prepaid-only. If yours is not covered, email info@thathasthu.in and we will try to arrange an alternative.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email, and by WhatsApp or SMS where you have given us a number, as soon as your parcel is picked up. Tracking usually takes a few hours to start updating after dispatch.

Packaging

Oils and liquids are sealed and packed with cushioning to survive transit. If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, do not use the product — see below.

Photographs of the outer packaging matter — without them the courier will not accept a damage claim. Once we have verified it, we will send a replacement or refund in full, including any shipping paid.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available after the courier's attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. A reshipment will incur a fresh shipping charge. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the product value less the original outbound shipping cost.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Most delivery failures are caused by an unreachable phone number.
