Most people who leave an Ayurvedic store without buying do so because they could not work out which product they needed. That is a bad reason to go away empty-handed, and an even worse reason to buy the wrong thing.
So ask us first. It costs nothing.
What we will do
- Tell you which of our products fits the concern you describe, and why
- Explain how to use it properly — quantity, timing, how long to continue
- Tell you honestly if none of our products is right for you
- Tell you if what you are describing needs a doctor rather than an oil
What we will not do
- Diagnose you. We are not able to do that over email, and neither is anyone else
- Promise you a result, a timeframe or a cure
- Tell you to stop or change any medication your doctor has prescribed
- Push you towards the most expensive option
- Add you to a marketing list because you asked a question
How to reach us
Email info@thathasthu.in with:
- The concern, in your own words — a couple of sentences is plenty
- How long it has been going on
- Whether you are taking any prescribed medication
- Your age range, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding
That is enough for us to point you in the right direction. Please do not send medical reports, prescriptions or test results — we do not need them and would rather not hold them.
We reply within one working day.
If it needs a doctor, we will say so
Some of what people write to us about should not be treated with anything bought online. If you describe a joint that is hot and swollen, a headache that came on suddenly, a skin area that is spreading fast, or a symptom that has been getting worse week on week, we will tell you to see a doctor and we will not sell you anything.

Your privacy
What you tell us is used to answer your question and nothing else. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we delete consultation correspondence after two years — sooner if you ask. See our Privacy Policy.
