Sidhikalpam Rasayanam - Ayurvedic Men's Wellness Lehyam, 100g
Sidhikalpam is a classical-proprietary Ayurvedic Avaleha — a lehyam, meaning a dark, nutrient-dense herbal paste rather than a capsule or powder. Nine ingredients, in a base of jaggery, pure cow ghee and raw wild forest honey.
The formulation carries a 150-year generational lineage and has been in the Indian market for over 26 years. It was modernised through clinical and pilot study trials supervised by Dr. Surendra Mohan K. S. (DAM / BAMS), senior Ayurvedic physician, with Dr. Rakhi Mohan (BAMS) as technical head.
We buy it direct from the manufacturer rather than through distributors, so you get correct stock rotation and storage.
Traditional use
Sidhikalpam belongs to the Vajikarana and Rasayana groups of classical Ayurveda — preparations traditionally taken by adult men to support strength, stamina, reproductive vitality and resilience against everyday fatigue.
Like any Rasayana, it is intended for consistent use over weeks rather than for immediate effect. What suits one person may not suit another, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Composition — each 10 g contains
| Ingredient | Botanical name | Part used | Quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Musali (Talamuli) | Curculigo orchioides | Rhizome | 1.0 g |
| Kokilaksha | Asteracantha longifolia | Seed | 1.0 g |
| Aswagandha | Withania somnifera | Root | 1.0 g |
| Kapikachu | Mucuna pruriens | Seed | 1.0 g |
| Gokshura | Tribulus terrestris | Fruit | 0.5 g |
| Thila (Tila) | Sesamum indicum | Seed | 0.5 g |
| Masha | Vigna mungo | Seed | 0.5 g |
Total active herb content 5.5 g per 10 g. The balance is the carrier base, quantity sufficient:
- Jaggery (Saccharum officinarum) — the traditional Avaleha binder and carrier base
- Pure cow ghee (Vechur cow ghee) — the classical lipid vehicle that carries fat-soluble actives
- Wild forest honey (Apis sp.) — Yogavahi bio-enhancer, wild-foraged in Wayanad and added only after cooling
How it is made
- Decoction. Aswagandha, Kokilaksha, Gokshura and Masha are slowly decocted over natural firewood to a concentrated liquid extract.
- Concentration. Jaggery is incorporated and cooked slowly to the correct lehya viscosity (paka).
- Enrichment. Micro-pulverised Musali and Kapikachu are blended in alongside pure cow ghee.
- Cold maturation. Raw wild honey is integrated only once the lehyam has cooled, so its enzymes are not degraded by heat.
How to take it
5 g — one teaspoon — at bedtime, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. On a physician's advice this may be increased up to 10 g, or taken twice daily after food.
Anupanam: take it directly, or with a glass of warm water or warm milk.
A 100 g jar is roughly 20 servings at 5 g — about a month taken nightly.
Who it is for
Adult men aged 18 and above. Not for children.
